The event is for people experts, leaders, founder from start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. Since we are often facing similar challenges in our people world, the event’s concept is based on using swarm intelligence to create valuable outcome which will inspire and can be taken into everyone’s own (people) world. We will meetup in person, hack some challenges, exchange and have fun!

We are aiming to organize quarterly events and for now, they will take place in Munich. Start is at 7 PM and usually in one of the offices of a participating company.

Yes, there will be some drinks and food provided but please not take it’s rather snacks than a full dinner meal. All offered food options will be vegetarian.

It is, the 5.55 € per person will be donated after the event. The fee aims to reduce no shows and people who just sign up for the food ;)

We will be choosing an non-profit organization for each event to support them. Mainly organizations who focus on education, inclusion or women in tech, e.g. Technovation Girls Germany
